No payment, subscription, or consideration of any kind is required to participate in this Sweepstakes.
1. Eligibility
The $1,000 Neighborhood Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the Metro Atlanta
area with a residential ZIP code in the range of 30000–30199 who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time
of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of BestFoundLocal LLC (the “Sponsor”), and
their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate
family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of any such individual, are not
eligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and
regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
2. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on April 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on May 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before the start or after the close of the Entry Period
will not be accepted. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
3. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit bestfoundlocal.com and complete the official online entry form,
providing all required information, including your full name, valid email address, and Metro Atlanta ZIP code.
- Limit: one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Entry Period.
- Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified; only the first entry will be considered.
- Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means are prohibited and will be void.
- Entries must be submitted by the entrant; entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
- Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or late entries are void and will not be eligible for the drawing.
To enter without internet access, hand-print your full name, email address, and ZIP code on a 3×5 card and mail it to: BestFoundLocal LLC, 3297 Whitfield Dr, Marietta, GA 30062, ATTN: Neighborhood Giveaway Entry. One entry per outer mailing envelope.
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and acknowledge that your personal information will be used
in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://bestfoundlocal.com/privacy-policy/.
4. Prize Description
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
- One (1) cash prize of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00 USD)
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000.00
Prize will be delivered via check or electronic transfer at the Sponsor’s discretion. Total ARV of all prizes:
$1,000.00. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for
any reason. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and any other costs and expenses not specifically
described herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. A Form 1099-MISC will be issued if required by applicable law.
5. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Based on prior promotions of this type, odds are estimated to be between 1-in-500 and 1-in-5,000.
The greater the number of eligible entries received, the lower the odds of winning.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected on or about May 20, 2026 by means of a random drawing
from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or
its designated representative. The random drawing constitutes a game of chance; skill is not required.
The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at time of entry within
five (5) business days of the drawing date. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within
ten (10) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible,
fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines to accept the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an
alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor Address within 60 days of the drawing date.
The potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and,
where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of notification. Failure to timely return such
documents may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
7. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes
if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity
or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries;
(b) any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in transmission or communication; (c) theft or destruction
of entries; (d) unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; (e) technical or human error which may occur
in the administration of the Sweepstakes; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from
participation in the Sweepstakes or the inability to participate.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are
final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any
person who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive manner, or violates these Official Rules.
Any attempt by a person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation
of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies
and damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability
BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR,
BESTFOUNDLOCAL LLC, AND ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS
(COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES,
COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE
OR IN PART, FROM: (A) PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES; (B) THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE
OF ANY PRIZE; (C) ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR OTHER ERROR IN THE PRINTING, OFFERING, OR ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANY PRIZE;
OR (D) ANY TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION, FAILURE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY, OR
ANY OTHER CAUSE BEYOND THE SPONSOR’S REASONABLE CONTROL.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Official Rules and all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict
of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or this Sweepstakes shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in
Cobb County, Georgia. By entering, entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts
and waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
